How can I arrange for my Equipment to be picked up?
Here at Selmar we believe the stress of repairing your equipment should be left to us. We take care of all your shipping requirements. Just call 1-800-465-8442 and we will take care of the rest. We will provide you with prefilled waybills, Courier Bags and or shipping boxes. You only need call us and fill out the repair form. Its simple as 123.

Do you charge for shipping?
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our service depot which will be billed to you on your invoice. . Please note Free IN/OUT shipping is periodically listed as a monthly special.

We ship across Canada via ICS Courier nextday service or Xpresspost

How do I place an Order for New Equipment?
Call 1-800-465-8442 or local 705-739-8800 to speak to a service representative for current pricing and specials.
Due to Health Canada Regulations there are No returns on New Equipment that have been opened. We cannot resell these items. There will be a 25% re-stocking charge plus shipping added to your Invoice for authorized Equipment returns.

What are your payment Options?
We accept Visa or Mastercard. All out of province repairs and New Equipment orders must be paid at time of sale or service by credit card. If you are local you can apply for an application for credit with Selmar. After your account has been proven you may pay under our regular terms. Our terms are Invoices due upon receipt.
